How to order & order process?

1. Contact us

Busines Hours: 8h-22h local time (2 GMT to 13 GMT*)

– If you contact by phone, skype, viber, whatssapp, mesenger we usually reply immediately

– If you contact us not in working time or when we busy we will reply as soon as possible. Usually not exceeding 24 hours

2. Send us your designs or your ideas

Tell us what do you need, we will give you our advice
Informations we need:

– You send us your design or the ideas of the product

– Give us the anticipate quantity *

– Give your company’s adress or the port’s adress near your company

– Give us the deadline*

3. Quotes

We send you a quotation for your order, you check it

– If you don’t accept, cancel the order, we can have cooperation next time

– If you accept we continue step 4

4. Making and delivering sample

Send us the fee to make sample and the fee to ship the sample to you. The samplee fee is refundable

The sample fee is from 30-50$/ per a sample and the shipping fee from 40-80$ per a time shipping ( 3-5 pieces)

You will recieve the sample in 7 to 10 days

– If the sample is aproved, you make the order. We return the making sample fee if the order from 100pcs or more

– If the sample is not approved, we return you the making sample fee

– If the sample is aproved but you change your mind, don’t want to order anymore. The sample fee will not be refunded.

5. Order

We will make a cantact or purchase order

You will leave 30% money as deposit first. Pay 70% remainder money after receive air way bill or sea way bill

6. Production and report

Immediately after receiving the deposit. We will produce soon. We will continually update you production schedule with images

7. Delivery and payment

After production, we will deliver to you in the way we have agreed.

Immediately after delivery to port, we will send air way bill or sea way bill and invoice. You will pay 50% remainder money after receive airway bill

8. Warranty:

Our product will be checked piece by piece to ensure no unqualified product

If you find any, please take a photo and send to us. We will return you the money or make you a new one
